Revenue Leak Diagnostic Terms
These terms apply to one-time QuantAvec Labs diagnostic and implementation services purchased through quantaveclabs.com.

Service
The Revenue Leak Diagnostic evaluates operating controls for an online community business using customer-provided information and permitted evidence. The core diagnostic includes a guided intake, a 48-control analysis, evidence limitations, three priorities, a 30, 60, and 90-day action sequence, and a human-reviewed executive report. The bundle also includes the implementation scope stated at checkout and later confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use a payment method you are authorized to use, upload only authorized and relevant evidence, remove unnecessary personal data, and respond to reasonable clarification requests. You must not provide passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card data, private member messages, or information you are not permitted to disclose.
Timing and delivery
The working target is delivery within two business days after QuantAvec determines that intake is sufficient. The clock pauses while required information, evidence, definitions, or corrections are outstanding. Reports are delivered through the secure customer portal after human approval.
Nature of the output
The service provides business decision support. It does not guarantee revenue, conversion, retention, recovery, or any other result, and it is not accounting, investment, legal, or tax advice. Financial opportunity scenarios are conditional estimates, not promises or forecasts. QuantAvec Labs is independent and is not sponsored, certified, or endorsed by Circle.
Fees and taxes
Prices are stated in United States dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Stripe processes payment and provides the transaction record. Applicable taxes are charged only when QuantAvec has configured the relevant registration and Stripe displays the tax at checkout.
Intellectual property and permitted use
You may use the delivered report internally for your business. QuantAvec retains its underlying methods, rubric, templates, software, and generalized know-how. You retain ownership of the business information and evidence you provide.
Problems, corrections, and statutory rights
Contact support promptly if a delivered report contains an error or does not match the purchased scope. QuantAvec will review supported correction requests. These terms and the Refund Policy do not limit cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
